Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, so that you can still get what you want out of your life. Everyone faces difficulties in their lives - its how you respond to these that's key! Resilience isn’t just something that you’re born with, but rather skills that you can build up over time. Just like any new set of skills, it  takes practice.
