Management

Increase your understanding of the theory and practice of Business Management.

Overview

Founded on leading international theory, but grounded in the South African business context, our courses prepare students to deal with the unique challenges of management in today’s world of work.

Management deals with the theory and practice of management and organisational behaviour and includes the role of managers; managing individuals, groups and teams; leadership and organisational development. The important and complex areas of project management and strategic management also fall within this discipline, as does the theory and practice of entrepreneurship and new venture creation.
